Had lunch here after exploring Lago di Braies. The waiter was super nice, the food arrived fast. Firstly we had a small compliment from the kitchen (savoy cabbage roll with chestnut and candied orange), which was great. Then we ordered soup and different ravioli. Everything was super tasty!

I was expecting the food to be a little more special given the writeup by Michelin. The food was still VERY GOOD, but nothing mindblowing. A bit pricier than other options in the area, and not that much tastier, but much nicer ambiance. The service was great.Or cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e was warm throughout like it was microwaved. Potentially curdled. Top was not crispy. Not sure if this was an error or that&rsquo;s how it&rsquo;s served in this region?

We had a wonderful meal here at the Adler - starting with excellent G&amp;Ts with local gins. The lamb carpaccio and schlutzkrapfen were particularly good, as was the service!

Nice restaaurant and ambiance.Friendly service.The food however is too fat and just not good.Average meat.Rather tasteless entee with trout .And the pricing is absolutely to high.

Tappa che faccio sempre volentieri passando per Villabassa. Ottimi gli gnocchi con i pioppini e il dolce nougat-birke. Un po&#39; cara l&#39;acqua in caraffa. Ho apprezzato molto anche l&#39;ambiente, sono stata servita nella piccola veranda che d&agrave; sulla piazza, molto suggestiva e curata negli arredi. Personale cordiale e attento, tempo di attesa brevissimo.

I always like to go through Villabassa. I&#39;m good at the sticks with the rabbits and the sweet nougat-birke. A little cheap in the water in the carcass. I also appreciated the environment, I was served in the small veranda that gives the square, very suggestive and careful in the furniture.
